The environmental policy is the basis for developing a consistent structure of environmental objectives and targets to be incorporated into an organisation’s EMS program(s).  IRIS provides guidance to organisations on effective policy formulation.  Our approach is to analyse the organisation’s business culture, values and management style so that the environmental policy can be designed to be congruent with them.
